What the Role Involves
As a Nursery Assistant on supply, you will support nursery teams in providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment where young children can learn, explore, and develop.
- Supporting children’s learning, play, and development in Early Years settings
- Assisting with activities, games, and creative play
- Helping with daily nursery routines such as snack time, story time, and outdoor play
- Creating a positive, nurturing environment for children
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive nursery team
- Following safeguarding and nursery policies
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with young children in a nursery, childcare, or Early Years setting
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential
- A warm, energetic, and reliable approach
- The ability to adapt quickly to different nursery environments
- A genuine passion for Early Years education and childcare
