Warehouse Operative – Saltash

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client’s busy team. The role involves general warehouse duties, FLT operation, and working on a rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Putting stock away in designated locations
• Shrink-wrapping pallets for dispatch
• Operating FLT equipment (Counterbalance / Combilift)
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Assisting with general warehouse tasks as required

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work the rotating shift schedule
• FLT trained (Counterbalance / Combilift)

Shift Rotation

• Weeks 1 & 2: 06:00 – 15:00
• Weeks 3 & 4: 10:30 – 19:30

Desirable

• Valid FLT licence – Counterbalance and/or Combilift

Pay Rates

• £12.21 – £12.60 per hour depending on experience
