Paralegal – International Serious Injury (6274)

Role Overview

Paralegal in the International Serious Injury Team at Irwin Mitchell. The role involves supporting solicitors and associates on complex and high‑value cases, including group actions, with a focus on personal injury claims arising abroad.

Responsibilities

• Take instructions from clients and provide legal support, including evidence gathering and advice.
• Assist with litigation where appropriate.
• Record time and meet fee income targets to ensure profitability.
• Participate in team/practice area meetings and comply with directions and decisions.
• Collaborate on group actions.
• Keep up to date with legal changes and attend relevant training.

Qualifications & Experience

• Great team player with a willingness to learn quickly.
• Empathy and compassion toward clients.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, can‑do approach.
• Ideally some previous paralegal experience (not mandatory).
