We are looking for dedicated Bank Support Workers to join our Lifeways Group team in Leicestershire. This is a sessional/casual role within the Care/Support worker role type. Location details: Post Code LE7 1FZ; Leicester. A requirement for this location is access to your own transport.

Shifts

• Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm
• Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
• Night shifts: 10:00pm – 7:00am
• Weekdays and weekends shifts available

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
• Encouraging independence and community involvement
• Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
• Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
