Our partner schools are seeking dedicated Primary School Teachers (QTS) to join their supportive teams. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2. You’ll create engaging lessons, support pupils of all abilities, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
  • Creating a supportive, stimulating classroom environment
  • Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  • Supporting behaviour and promoting positive learning attitudes
  • Contributing to the wider school community and team ethos
  • Working collaboratively with phase leaders, support staff, and SLT

Qualifications and Skills

  • Passionate about primary education and pupil development
  • Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Creative, adaptable, and reflective in teaching practice
  • Friendly, approachable, and committed to inclusive education
  • Experience in UK primary settings is desirable
  • Willingness to contribute to school life beyond the classroom
  • QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
