We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner of a fast-growing investment firm operating within the European software sector.

The Opportunity

This role combines senior executive support with ownership of internal culture and strategic operational projects.

Executive Support Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the Managing Partner’s complex diary and priorities
  • Coordinate meetings across fundraising, deal sourcing, hiring, and board activity
  • Protect time for strategic thinking and personal commitments
  • Prepare AI-assisted meeting briefings and summaries
  • Organise complex international travel
  • Support with occasional personal administration
  • Act as a proactive gatekeeper and trusted business partner

Culture & Operations Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s internal “Great Place to Work” programme
  • Organise socials, celebrations, gifts, and internal events
  • Manage strategic projects including:
    • Office move and refurbishment
    • AGM and event coordination
    • Onboarding improvements
    • Marketing and operational initiatives
  • Support the future growth of a Front of House/support function

About You

  • An experienced Executive Assistant from investment, professional services, or high-growth environments
  • Highly organised with exceptional judgement and prioritisation skills
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools within daily workflows
  • Warm, proactive, discreet, and people-focused
  • A confident communicator with strong project management ability
  • Motivated by long-term progression into leadership and operational management
