Compliance Analyst/Senior Compliance Analyst

Join a well-established fiduciary business within a key compliance role supporting regulatory excellence. This position offers exposure to monitoring, governance and risk management across the organisation.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting and maintaining the compliance monitoring programme.
- Conducting testing and ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
- Supporting governance processes, including committee coordination and reporting.
- Assisting with board reporting and compliance documentation.
- Undertaking sanctions screening and maintaining registers.
- Supporting updates to policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.
- Monitoring regulatory updates and identifying required actions.
- Providing compliance support across the business.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience within a compliance or risk-based role and a good understanding of the regulatory environment. A relevant qualification such as ICA (or equivalent) is desirable. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively is essential.
