Dishoom’s Manchester restaurant is looking for a Chef De Partie.

What to expect

• £37,500 per year inclusive of tronc. Pay is monthly.
• All day dining café with a mix of daytime and evening shifts.
• Paid holidays including Christmas and Boxing Day; extra day for children starting school.
• Access to award‑winning training programmes.
• Chef uniform and kitchen safety shoes provided.

What are we looking for

• Love to cook and continuously learn new skills.
• Mastery of your section – Breakfast, Grill, Fryer, Curry or Tandoor – ensuring it is prepped, ready for service and kept clean and organised.
