You will work collaboratively with other colleagues across housing services to achieve better housing solutions and outcomes for households in emergency accommodation. You will also be expected to update the authority’s IT Housing Systems, ensuring details are correct to guarantee timely and accurate records and meet legal obligations for both landlord and tenant.
