HR Assistant – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Wakefield, Yorkshire, WF2 7UA

Responsibilities

  • Support in delivering business operational objectives.
  • Collate and report on a range of data/metrics for the Board and regional management teams.
  • Support colleagues with HR system queries in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Support line managers to enable self-service where required.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external contacts, ensuring queries are dealt with to a high professional standard.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a busy HR operations/enquiries team is essential.
  • Strong HR administration experience.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail whilst under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Oracle is essential.
