We are seeking a highly experienced Product & Proposition Lead to take ownership of a major Cards strategy and help build and scale a high-performing cards business.

This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise across card payments, product development, and commercial strategy, with regular interaction at executive level.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall Cards strategy and proposition roadmap
• Lead the build-out and scaling of a cards business
• Own product ideation, development, and launch lifecycle
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and executives to shape direction
• Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
• Ensure alignment across product, technology, operations, and commercial teams

Key Requirements

• 15+ years’ experience in product/proposition roles within cards/payments
• Proven track record building or scaling a cards business
• Deep understanding of card payments ecosystem (schemes, issuing, acquiring, processing, etc.)
• Strong leadership experience, including managing senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in new product launches
• Excellent strategic, commercial, and communication skills
