Assembly / Production Operative – Knutsford

The Best Connection Group – Manchester are recruiting on behalf of our client in Knutsford for Assembly / Production Operatives to join a busy workshop team.

The Role

You’ll be involved in hands‑on production tasks, including assembling components, basic testing, packing and dispatch, and supporting general workshop duties. You’ll work as part of a team to meet daily targets while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Departments Available

Multiple departments are hiring, including roles with varying physical demands. Some positions require regular manual handling, while lighter duties are also available.

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
• £12.94 per hour
• Overtime available at £19.41 per hour

What We’re Looking For

• Previous assembly or production experience
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and computer skills
• Reliable, team‑focused, and flexible with overtime
• Comfortable in a hands‑on environment
• Can comfortably commute to Knutsford
