Labourer X 8 with CSCS card – Liverpool – Top Rates up to £25.00 per hour

Location: Liverpool (Various Sites)

Salary: £18 – £25 per hour (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (Overtime available)

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking CSCS General Labourer to join our team on a permanent basis. Unlike temporary agency work, this role offers long‑term stability, holiday pay, and a consistent workload across our high‑end residential and commercial projects throughout Liverpool. You will be an integral part of the site team, ensuring projects run safely, cleanly, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and safe site environment by clearing debris, managing waste disposal, and ensuring walkways are hazard‑free.
• Logistics & Loading: Assisting with the delivery and unloading of materials (e.g., timber, plasterboard, bricks) and distributing them to the relevant trade teams.
• Trade Support: Assisting skilled tradespeople (Carpenters, Bricklayers, Electricians) with basic manual tasks as required.
• Equipment Handling: Safe operation of basic power tools and ensuring all site equipment is stored securely at the end of each shift.
• Health & Safety: Strictly adhering to site‑specific health and safety regulations and wearing full PPE at all times.

Requirements & Skills

• Essential: A valid CSCS Card (Green or Blue).
• Experience: Proven experience working on busy construction sites (ideally 1+ years).
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks for the duration of the shift.
• Reliability: Punctuality is critical; you must be able to commute to various Liverpool postcodes for an 8:00 AM start.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills and a “can-do” attitude.
