Store Colleague – Pet Care Centres

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres. You will help ensure our customers have an outstanding experience and foster loyalty to our brands. You’ll work 3‑4 days per week, including weekends, in shifts that may start as early as 7:00 am for deliveries and finish as late as 8:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, giving personalised and attentive support.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Set and achieve sales targets to support retail performance.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent customer experiences and meet centre goals.
