Floor Server

About the Role

As a Floor Server at Golf Fang, you will ensure guests have the best experience by maintaining their comfort and happiness throughout their visit and serving drinks on the course.

Essential Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Effective communicator
• Effective time management and organisation skills
• PC literate with ability to use booking systems and mobile devices for drinks orders

Desired Qualifications

• Previous experience in hosting or serving
• Basic knowledge of bar products
• Cash and payment card handling experience

Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any successful individual.
