Growth and Data Lead
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Growth and Data Lead within our organisation. This position will play a critical role in shaping and scaling the next generation of AI-enabled solutions, data products, and strategic growth initiatives. This is a high-impact, hands‑on role where you will take ownership of key product and strategic initiatives, working cross‑functionally across Product, Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams. Reporting directly into the Management team, you will gain significant leadership visibility and strong career progression opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and has the ambition to take ownership from initiation through successful execution.

Responsibilities
- Assess new market opportunities – both organic and inorganic – supported by strategic rationale and quantitative business case analysis
- Champion innovative ideas and lead go‑to‑market strategies for successful commercialisation
- Own the value proposition, communication, and promotion plans to transform ideas into commercially successful offerings
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision‑making and commercial analysis
- Own and execute strategic initiatives and be accountable for their growth and success
- Lead the rollout and adoption of the existing Machine Learning module (AVA) across the customer base
- Design, develop, and optimise AI‑powered booking solutions to improve vehicle allocation across repair networks
- Support strategic initiatives including bolt‑on M&A activity, partnerships, new market entry, and pricing strategy through analytical insight
- Deliver proactive customer reporting and data analysis to support account management and improve client outcomes
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Leadership teams to align strategic priorities and execution
- Present strategic recommendations, insights, and business cases to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, Economics, Management, or related field); Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in a relevant role such as Product, Strategy, Consulting, Analytics, or Business Transformation
- Previous experience working within or alongside software and technology businesses
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning concepts, products, and applications
- Commercial mindset with the ambition and capability to own product performance and growth initiatives
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives such as partnerships, market expansion, pricing strategy, or M&A activities
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple functions and projects
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Consulting‑style analytical and strategic thinking skillset is highly desirable
- Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and ownership mentality
