Social Housing Painter & Decorator – High Quality Void Refurbs

R9 Recruitnment are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to work on void properties in the Salford area. This role involves preparing and decorating vacant social housing properties to a high standard, ensuring they are ready for new tenants.

Location: SalfordPay- Potential weekly earnings £790- £900

VAN AND FUEL CARD ARE PROVIDED

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have:

• City & Guilds Painting & Decorating qualification
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating or valid CSCS card
• Basic DBS check
• Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally within voids or social housing

Duties

• Preparing surfaces (filling, sanding, priming)
• Internal and external painting & decorating
• Working efficiently to deadlines in void properties
• Ensuring high-quality finishes in line with standards
