Job Title: Corporate Receptionist – Monday–Friday | Central London (Moorgate / Liverpool Street Area)
Location: Central London – Near Bank / Liverpool Street
Salary: £30,784
Contract Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: Between 7:30am – 6:00pm
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus Bank Holidays (increasing to 21 days after one year of service)
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Receptionist to join our front‑of‑house team within a prestigious Central London corporate environment. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced setting and takes pride in delivering outstanding first impressions.
As the face of the business, you will provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and clients while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of reception and supporting a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional front‑of‑house cover and act as the first point of contact for all visitors
- Greet and welcome clients and guests in a warm, polished, and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently, ensuring accurate communication
- Coordinate visitor bookings and liaise with internal teams and building management
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well‑presented reception area at all times
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Bennett Hay standards
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support daily operations and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–2 years in a corporate reception, front‑of‑house, or hospitality role
Attributes:
- Well‑presented, polished, and confident
- Friendly, approachable, and professional with a positive attitude
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities
- Good IT literacy, including familiarity with booking systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
