Job Description:

The company are a manufacturer in Alcester manufacturing high-precision fabricated and machined metal components, for the aerospace, defence, and power generation industries.

They are seeking to recruit an NDT Technician for their operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform inspection operations (DPI & Visual) in accordance to proceduresEnsure NDT equipment is maintained and suitable for the operationConduct control checks and tests in accordance to proceduresInterpretation and evaluation of test results against defined acceptance standardsGenerate work instructionsManage workflow to meet production requirementsPrepare and authorise product test reportsConduct test and inspections to ensure product is conforming to customer product specifications and definitionsEnsure parts are processed in accordance with business work priorities on as timely basisRequired Skills & Experience:

Previous working experience working in an NDT Technical capacityAble to read and interpret engineering and product drawingsMust be familiar with quality and manufacturing standards and maintain and achieve specified targets and objectives in line with business requirementsStrong communication skills and an attention to detailStrong team playerThe role is Lates – Monday to Wednesday 4.30pm to 2.30am – Thursday 4.30pm to 1.30pm

The role is based in Alcester so is commutable from Redditch, Studley, Bromsgrove, Solihull, Stratford upon Avon, Worcester
