Responsibilities
- Installing, programming, and maintaining two‑way radio systems
- Vehicle‑based radio installations
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and maintenance visits at customer sites
- Supporting and maintaining radio infrastructure equipment
- Working closely with customers on‑site to resolve issues
- Assisting with system upgrades and improvements
- Work site‑based with UK client travel
Required Experience
- Candidates with around 75% of the below are encouraged to apply:
- Hands‑on radio engineering experience
- Experience with Motorola and/or Hytera systems
- Installation and maintenance of radios in vehicles
Preferred Experience
- Motorola CAP, Max, or Tier 3 experience
- Training & Development:
- Full on‑the‑job training provided
- Manufacturer‑led training courses
- Hands‑on mentoring from a senior engineer during onboarding
- Clear opportunity to grow technical capability over time
- Certifications: IPAF, PASMA, Safety Passport, MOTORBO
Technology Environment
- Two‑way radio systems (primarily Motorola / Hytera)
- Promotively Radio platforms
- Some exposure to IT and networking environments

- Second stage: On‑site interview (background, skillset, and potentially a short technical discussion/test)
