Lilibet’s is a new seafood‑led restaurant set within a beautifully restored Mayfair townhouse. The venue blends classic British charm with Mediterranean flavours, offering an oyster bar, fireside grill, cocktail bar, and a year‑round terrace.

The Position

We are looking for a high‑energy sommelier with a sound understanding of the wine‑making process and a broad knowledge of regions and grapes. The successful candidate will assist in creating our wine lists and will make informed recommendations on wine pairings for guests.

• Extensive wine knowledge with recognised certification




• Previous experience as a sommelier or wine waiter




• A warm and engaging personality with a keen eye for detail




• An aptitude for food and flavours, and an awareness of regional trends
