Grade A – £24,796 – £28,142 per annum

Hours: 36.5 hours per week
Location: Hybrid – Home working and office based (College Road, Kingstanding & Stonebrook Way, Weoley Castle)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Building and Gas Clerks to join Business Support working with the busy Asset Management team in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out core administration and financial functions related to Gas Servicing/Repairs and Voids, using departmental databases and systems.
- Complete work accurately and timely in a KPI driven fast‑paced environment.
- Interact with customers and liaise with internal/external teams and agencies on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Process enquiries consistently, maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection.
- Demonstrate a desire for continuous development through regular training and other opportunities.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experienced administrator with flexibility and adaptability, able to work under pressure in a busy team where deadlines are crucial.
- Strong attention to detail, consistency in processing enquiries, and ability to maintain confidentiality while complying with data protection.
- Excellent customer service, IT, and administration skills.
- Desire to continue developing skills through regular training and other opportunities.
Training & Development
- Full training, mentoring and coaching will be provided.
