The Position
Our Sales Associates provide an inclusive, fun and authentic customer experience that truly represents the Beyond Retro brand. They welcome customers, guide them through the products, answer questions and make sure guests have an awesome and inclusive experience. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Become an expert in vintage fashion and current trends.
- Sell and showcase Beyond Retro products on the shop floor.
- Offer a personalised shopping and styling experience.
- Assist in all store operating procedures such as delivery, stock takes and replenishment.
- Follow all H&S procedures to maintain a healthy, safe, and tidy work environment.
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies
- Experience in the retail fashion industry.
- Customer service‑oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good human who cares about their peers.
