About Our Client

Their platform sits inside law firms, conveyancing practices, and estate agencies across the UK, helping them meet their AML and KYC obligations without the manual overhead. The buyers are compliance officers, practice managers, and senior partners who deal with regulatory pressure daily and are actively looking for better solutions. The deal cycle is under 90 days and the ACV sits between £20,000 and £40,000. The commercial motion is well‑defined and the inbound from marketing complements the outbound you will be running.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building pipeline through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn. All three, running in parallel, every day
  • Sourcing and engaging prospects through LinkedIn Sales Navigator with targeted, researched outreach
  • Running sequences through Gong Engage and keeping Salesforce clean and accurate from day one
  • Qualifying inbound leads from marketing alongside your outbound activity
  • Handing qualified meetings to AEs with proper context and tight briefings

You Should Apply If You…

  • Have 1 to 2 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience, or strong transferable commercial experience pointing clearly in this direction
  • Are genuinely comfortable making cold calls consistently, not occasionally
  • Run multi‑channel outreach independently and keep your CRM in order without being chased
  • Have made a deliberate choice to build a career in sales development
  • Have any working knowledge of AML, KYC, or compliance regulation (useful, not essential)
