Food Production Environment

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a busy food manufacturing site based in Evesham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with previous experience in production or manufacturing environments looking for ongoing, full-time work. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring factory machinery and production lines are maintained to a high standard, minimising downtime and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs
• Diagnosing electrical faults on production and packaging machinery
• Ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Supporting continuous improvement and reducing downtime across the site
• Completing maintenance records and reporting issues accurately
• Working closely with the engineering and production teams
• Following all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, FMCG or food production environment
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Electrical Maintenance
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations beneficial
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, flexible and safety‑focused approach
