At Glendale, we have a great new opportunity for an Advanced Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our operational team. This role is ideal for a highly experienced and self‑sufficient individual with strong grounds maintenance knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to take ownership of day‑to‑day operations on site. The Opportunity
As an Advanced Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality grounds maintenance services across a range of sites while maintaining excellent standards of safety, productivity, and workmanship.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Team Leader within grounds maintenance
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Ability to drive company vehicles
- PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates desirable
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices

- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A can do attitude
- Experience operating a wide range of grounds maintenance machinery
