Salary: £25,000–£30,000 DOE

Hunters’ client, an innovative Brighton-based engineering, technology company, is seeking a hands‑on and technically minded Engineering Systems Technician to join their growing support team.

Engineering Systems Technician – The Role

• Provide first‑line technical support to customers and internal teams
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system configuration issues
• Build, configure, and test PCs and engineering hardware systems
• Assist with product testing, fault finding, repairs, and returns
• Log and manage support tickets while maintaining accurate documentation

Engineering Systems Technician – The Fit

• Technical qualification or hands‑on experience within IT, electronics, systems, or engineering
• Comfortable working with hardware builds, PC setup, and technical equipment
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a logical and methodical approach
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn within a technical environment
