Phonics & Class Support Teaching Assistant – Growth & Wellbeing

Richard Bonington Primary School is looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant.

Responsibilities

Role involves teaching phonics groups, being in class supporting the children, providing group interventions and supporting individual pupils with specific needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in the role of Teaching Assistant
• Good knowledge of phonics
• Confidence to teach a whole class
• Ability to provide 1:1 support when required
• Foster positive relationships with students and parents
• Support students during in‑class activities to promote participation and success
