Sales Lister / Valuer
Location: Little Venice, London
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays, 10:00am–4:00pm)
Salary: £25,000–£28,000 + Commission (Car Allowance & Benefits)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading market appraisals and delivering accurate, insightful property valuations
- Winning instructions and building a strong pipeline of quality listings
- Developing lasting relationships with vendors, buyers, and local stakeholders
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to drive office performance and results
- Crafting compelling marketing strategies to showcase each property’s full potential
- Negotiating offers with confidence and professionalism to achieve the best outcomes
- Delivering a seamless, high-quality client experience from valuation through to completion
