About The Role

As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, help customers find the perfect product and complete their purchase at the till.
  • Brand Bra Experience – provide a brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on their size and suitable styles.
  • Visual Merchandising – with training provided, own the merchandising and presentation of our products and help customers find the items they need.
  • Store Standards – maintain store standards, front and back, including managing deliveries, stock replenishment, supporting loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.

About You

  • Passion for retail – a passion for all aspects of retail, creating a unique experience for every customer.
  • Love the customer – keenness to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge, and a desire to take part in learning programmes.
