What you’ll do:

• Support customers with banking & collections queries
• Provide empathetic, compliant solutions
• Identify and support vulnerable customers
• Handle queries and complaints with ownership
• Deliver accurate updates across systems

• Confidence working in a regulated environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
