What You’ll Be Doing
You will receive hands-on training and support to gain experience across:
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Guiding customers through the sales process
- Preparing and processing orders
- Supporting dispatch and after-sales communications
- Building strong product and systems knowledge
- Working collaboratively with the internal and external sales
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- GCSEs or equivalent
- Level 2 English and Maths (or willingness to achieve them)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive approach to customer care
- Problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced team environment

Salary & Hours
- £15,579- £24,751 per year
- 37.45 hours per week (Monday – Thursday 8.30 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. & Friday 8.30 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.)
- 45-minute daily lunch break
