Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in maintaining their independence by helping them with activities of daily living, including personal care, bathing, laundry, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
- Work one-on-one with clients to build relationships.
- Receive specialized training from Senior Helpers and opportunities for professional certifications with tuition assistance.

Qualifications
- Appropriate license or designation to provide Personal Care services.
- Ability to pass the skills assessment by the Client Service Manager within 30 days of the job offer.
- Treat clients with dignity and respect.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations.
