Senior Support Leader – Drive Independence & Team Growth

Voyage Care is looking for a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join their team in Taunton. This role focuses on supporting individuals to gain independence while managing day-to-day supervision in a friendly residential environment. You will help allocate shifts, manage training, and assist the Manager in overseeing services.
