Fabricator/Welder Supervisor

Location: Skelmersdale area (permanent, site-based)

Role

This position is ideal for an experienced, hands‑on Fabricator/Welder with supervisory experience who takes pride in high‑quality workmanship. You will be responsible for fabricating and welding to a high standard—mainly MIG, with TIG skills an advantage—while also leading a small team to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Time-served experience in fabrication and welding.
• Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings.
• Proven supervisory experience managing 5–6 team members.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management.

Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate from £20.00 – £22.00 (dependent on experience).
• 39‑hour day shift, Monday to Friday.
• Overtime paid at x1.3.
