Ormiston Meridian Academy is a thriving secondary academy in the south of the city, serving 11‑16 year old students. We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic cleaner to work 15 hours per week during term time plus 4 weeks during school holidays.
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Friday 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm (term time). 4 weeks during school holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean designated areas within the academy, individually or as part of a team, to ensure they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.
- Perform normal cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and emptying litter bins.
- Provide an outstanding service and maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
- Maintain awareness of health and safety responsibilities and participate in staff training.
