Job Details

  • Position: Full-time
  • Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months)

Mission at Elis

  • Managing and following up on customer queries and questions.
  • Supporting an internal service inbox.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and resolving complaints.
  • Uploading information into customer portals.
  • Coordinating and supporting Account Managers.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
  • Participating in and supporting continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
  • Reactive renegotiation of accounts.

What will make you stand out?

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Customer and solution focused.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to evaluate data and interpret information effectively to continuously improve the department/team.
