As an Apprentice Customer Service Coordinator:
- Respond to customer enquiries and engage customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solution
- Take customer orders and make sure all details are put into the system correctly
- Price and quote for customers and capture within Breedon’s systems
- Proactively maintain product knowledge expertise ensuring you understand Breedon’s products and can recommend the best solutions to customers actively upselling and cross selling where appropriate
- Actively manage customer enquiries to conclusion, driving conversion, understanding the reasons behind lost quotes
- Manage customer credit limits, proactively anticipating and communicating to enable smooth flow
- Deal with last-minute changes and let customers know if anything changes
- Build good relationships with customers over the phone
- Help improve how the team works by sharing ideas and hitting targets.
