Salary

£15.60 per hour during training, £18.60 per hour for overtime. Annual earnings of £34,070 based on 42 hours per week (typical annualised earnings with overtime £40,022).

Responsibilities

• Drive the fleet safely, smoothly and with confidence.
• Ensure every customer has a great journey.
• Deliver top‑notch customer service, helping people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel respected, cared for and looked after, especially those who rely on us most.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Hold a PCV licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Patient, safe and courteous driving approach.
• Positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering great customer service.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a brilliant team.
