This is an entry‑level development role designed to build future financial advisors through structured international training and placement.
About the opportunity
You will be trained and supported in a client‑facing, business development environment, developing core skills in:
- Telephone communication and client outreach
- Lead generation and follow‑up activity
- Networking and relationship building
- Supporting experienced international advisors in a performance‑driven environment
Training and progression
This is a hands‑on role focused on communication, activity, and measurable results.
- Onboarding begins in our Malta or Mauritius academies
- Placement in an international office upon successful completion
- Full relocation support is provided, including flights and accommodation
Who we are looking for
We are seeking individuals who demonstrate:
- Comfort working in a performance‑driven, client‑facing environment
- Background or interest in sales, business development, retail, hospitality, sport, or similar people‑focused roles
- A clear motivation to build a long‑term international career
This position is not suitable for candidates seeking accounting, audit, financial analysis, or back‑office roles. It is a client‑facing, business development opportunity and will not align with those seeking a purely technical or analytical career path.
