East London Maintenance Surveyor: Repairs & Surveys

CLARION HOUSING GROUP LIMITED is looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their team in East London. In this role, you’ll be responsible for pre/post-inspections and coordinating repair and maintenance work to ensure it meets cost, time, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Surveying and experience in the field. You will be engaging with customers, leaseholders, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about maintaining properties.

Salary range is between £37,854 and £52,051 per annum, depending on experience.
