Role Description
We are pleased to confirm that we have a current vacancy for a Senior Project Manager (North) to join our operations team within our office.
Responsibilities
- Managing both small works and projects up to £500k in the Liverpool / Halifax / Manchester areas with some support required with our Leeds based contracts.
- Generating daily / weekly project updates
- Manage trades and subcontractors
- Project team
- Track and monitor client variations
- Calling off materials based on project programme
- Ability to program construction works
- Able to review drawings of all disciplines
- Survey small work and raise quotes and CVRs
- Take responsibility for H&S on site – review and implement RAMS/Toolbox talks etc
Additional
- High level of IT ability. (Word / Email / Excel / Microsoft Projects)
