The Role

Working as part of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for running various sections within multiple kitchens across the resort ensuring the highest quality of food and standards are upheld.

The role requires flexibility to work 5 days per week, early mornings for the breakfast shift.

Salary & Contract

Salary: £31,932.94

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in preparing all types of food including buffets, afternoon teas, bar food, banqueting, and an A La Carte menu for an AA rosette restaurant.
  • Previous experience of working within a kitchen environment.
  • Understanding of Food Health & Safety, including HACCP and allergens controls within a food production environment.
