Wholesale and Convenience SNAM (Team Lead), London-based food business, c£80k

Our client is an exciting food brand in a significant growth period, looking to hire a Senior National Account Manager into their commercial function. This person will be leading a team of two in the Managed Retail Channel, owning key national customers such as Co-op, Nisa, Spar, Booker etc.

You’ll lead on the creation and execution of the channel strategy, managing key relationships with wholesalers and operators, whilst ensuring your team hit key objectives.

You’ll have oversight of commercial delivery and strategic leadership, designing a 3-year channel strategy, aiming to deepen existing relationships to ensure development and successful NPD within the category.

You’ll need demonstrable experience in full cycle account management within buying group customers , with a background working in a branded FMCG environment.

Previous management of a team/direct report would be advantageous, although not essential.
