We are looking for a proactive people person who is passionate about retail and delivering excellent customer service to join our Optical Assistant Apprenticeship program.

Roles and responsibilities

• Welcoming customers into the store
• Booking eye tests
• Pre‑screening patients
• Providing style advice
• Measuring frames
• Taking phone calls

Qualifications

• GSCE Maths at Grade 9–4 (A*–C) or equivalent qualification.
• Must have lived in the EU for three years or more and have the right to work in the UK.
• Cannot have prior experience in the optical sector.

Travel to the store location on a daily basis is required.
