TTMBC Traffic Management Operative With Gate Person Ticket Required

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

Scope of Role

• Trainee Operatives & Qualified Operatives will work with both direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.
• Setting up temporary traffic lights on required roads.
• Managing traffic flow at the temporary traffic lights, ensuring the public abides by the rules.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and removing traffic management within the required time scales.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• Ensuring the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and required quality.
• Ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Being aware and complying with the provided RAMS.
• Helping with unloading/loading of materials.
• Ensuring safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.

Requirements

All candidates must have experience in one or more of the following positions:

• TTMBC Operative

Skills & Experience

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications
• Ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
• Right to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
