We’re hiring a Solution Architect to join our Data & AI Practice, helping enterprise clients bring their vision to life through impactful, responsible, and scalable Data & AI solutions. This senior, client‑facing leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical innovation, business strategy, and delivery excellence.
As an Architect within the Data & AI Practice you will deliver Agentic AI and data platform solutions that create transformative change and deliver high‑value business outcomes. You’ll engage in solutioning by gaining deep insight into our customers’ challenges and needs, taking responsibility for the technical design and solution for large‑scale analytical solutions, and guiding and mentoring teams of data & AI engineers while building trusted advisor relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to provide technical leadership, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifacts.
- Play a key role in the sales process by creating innovative solutions that inspire new business wins.
- Shape high‑level design, estimates and contractual details for client proposals in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to motivate and inspire junior colleagues within and across the organization.
- Translate complex technical concepts and solutions into clear, business‑driven language for senior stakeholders, technology leaders and internal sales teams.
- Engage in early conversations with clients, partners and sales teams to support origination, deal qualification, requirements capture and solutioning, recommending best practices and approaches to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Prepare and represent solutions in deal reviews, client presentations and negotiations with key client buyers.
- Collaborate with the Data & AI leadership to shape current and future offerings, accelerators and background IP to support go‑to‑market activities.
- Drive the evolution of best practices and methodologies for AI development, including data management, model training, fine‑tuning and deployment, and incorporate the latest innovations into solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent working knowledge of GenAI / Agentic AI, Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks.
- Experience designing and delivering large‑scale data platform solutions using approaches such as Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Fabric, Cloud Scale Analytics, etc.
- In-depth understanding of modern Data & AI capabilities such as structured and unstructured data analysis, streaming data, IoT, AI, GenAI and related analytics fields.
- Ability to identify and design for key architectural characteristics such as performance, security and reliability.
- Experience with stakeholders to create technical visions, high‑level architectures and delivery roadmaps for large programs involving the latest data platform concepts, including scaling AI across enterprises.
- Capability in creating design artifacts and presenting them for approval at architectural forums attended by multi‑disciplined stakeholders from engineering to senior (C‑level) client executives.
- High energy, intent to help clients understand the fast‑moving Data & AI industry and product evolution.
- Comfortable engaging and leading sales and business development opportunities with clients.
- Awareness of channels to market and experience working within a Microsoft and partner ecosystem to ensure Customer Success.
