  • Connect teams across the business – work closely with colleagues in other offices and support file organisation to help create a collaborative, consistent environment.
  • Support the operation behind the scenes – assist with archived files and internal transfers to help keep systems organised, efficient, and compliant.

  • Stay one step ahead – you’re highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the front desk and wider office running smoothly.

  • Handle sensitive matters with care – you approach confidential information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
  • Communicate with confidence – whether face-to-face, on the phone, or in writing, you express yourself clearly, warmly, and professionally.
  • Deliver service that makes a difference – you take pride in supporting others, anticipating needs, and creating a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.
  • Use technology with confidence – you’re comfortable navigating Microsoft Office, phone systems, booking systems, and digital tools to stay efficient and organised.
  • Embrace flexibility – you’re happy to travel occasionally to support another local office, with a full driving licence required for the role.
  • Take pride in presentation – you understand the value of a tidy, welcoming, and professional environment as a reflection of the firm.
