At Blue Arrow, we’re hiring Morning Cleaners to support a key client in a central Winchester location (SO21). Starting June 2026, this is a great opportunity for anyone looking for steady work over the summer with the potential to continue longer term.
Hours & Pattern
- Morning shifts: 08:00 – 15:00
- Regular, ongoing work available
- Starts June 2026
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are exactly the same, but your core duties will include:
- Keeping floors and shared spaces clean and presentable (mopping, sweeping, vacuuming)
- Cleaning rooms and surfaces with attention to detail
- Maintaining washrooms to a high standard
- Restocking supplies and emptying bins
- Helping create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone on site
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of experience-just the right attitude:
- Able to work independently and take pride in your work
- Good communication skills and reliability
- A positive, can-do approach
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but not essential
What You’ll Get
