Deputy Headteacher – SEND School

Responsibilities
- Supporting the strategic leadership and operational management of the school
- Driving high standards of teaching, learning and pupil outcomes
- Leading on key areas of school improvement
- Supporting and developing teaching and support staff
- Ensuring high‑quality provision for pupils with SEND
- Promoting a positive, inclusive and nurturing school culture
- Supporting safeguarding, behaviour and pupil wellbeing
- Working closely with families, staff and external agencies
Qualifications
- Experienced Deputy Headteacher or Assistant Headteacher with SEND experience
- Experience in a SEND school or holding responsibility for SEND
- Strong leadership and strategic vision
- Commitment to inclusive and high‑quality education
